M&J Computer Services technicians can work on your computer from our office, this allows for quick fixes to your problems without a technician having to come out to your location. Below are simple instructions that will allow a technician to connect to your computer and begin working. If you have not yet contacted M&J and informed us of your problem, please call us at (330) 554-2184 before proceeding with the instructions below.

1. Install the CrossLoop application by clicking here and selecting Open or Run.

2. Select your language and click OK.

3. The Welcome screen appears, click Next.

4. Select "I accept the agreement" and click Next.

5. Click Next when asked about additional icons.

6. Click Install.

7. Click Finish.

8. Once the CrossLoop application launches, click Skip at the bottom right of the screen.

9. Click the Share tab, read to me the Access Code, and then click Connect.

10. A window will appear asking if you would like to share control of your computer. Click Yes.

11. Once I have finished working on your computer and close the session, a feedback window will appear. If you are satisfied with the service provided and would call upon me again for help, please say so in the feedback window and pleae leave a comment. Comments are appreciated.
